Join Our Support Communities
For anyone who loves our work and wants to help us sustain it, we offer two ways to pitch in: our Patreon and our Seed Circle. By joining, you help us achieve our goals to support, uplift, and compensate folks who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color in Library and Information Science professions, all while receiving exclusive and early access to We Here resources and events.
With Patreon and Seed Circle support, we’ve been able to do things like pay speakers for free events, support the We Together mentorship program, provide micro-grants for We Here community members, continue paying for expensive tech like meeting and website platforms and more.
Our supporters allow us to center our work and communities rather than revenue.

Patreon
Patreon is a membership platform that makes it easy for creators to get paid. Members get access to exclusive We Here content, including:
Early access and notification of We Here Community School events, new We Read Collections, and more.
Access to weTV - a series of short, unscripted videos where we talk about resources that resonate with Team We Here.
We’re always seeking to add new benefits to being part of our Patreon community.
Benefits begin at the $5 per month or $60 per year level.

Seed Circle
Our Seed Circle community is for folks who are not able to join Patreon or need to be invoiced in order to support us.
Benefits are limited compared to Patreon, but Seed Circle members receive:
Early access and notification of most We Here Community School events, new We Reads Collections, and more.
Occasional access to weTV - a series of short, unscripted videos where we talk about resources that resonate with Team We Here.
Similar to Patreon, we’re always seeking to add new benefits to being part of our Seed Circle community.
Benefits begin at the $5 per month or $60 per year level. Membership is tied to one email address only, but could be a shared inbox email address so multiple people at the same organization get access.

Other ways to support us
Shop our lists on Bookshop.org
As a bookshop.org affiliate, we earn a commission when you purchase a book on our shop. Commission goes directly to Community Study for things like participant scholarships.
Submit a Job
Submit a job to our Member Area, a private job board for We Here members only. Almost 4,000 people will have access to your job and your job will go out to roughly 400 people who have signed up for our bi-weekly newsletter exclusively sharing new jobs.
